The Obsidian integrated accelerometer integrates the Episensor accelerometer and is Kinemetrics' latest generation open seismic data acquisition system. The Obsidian 4X has excellent data fidelity, spectral characteristics, and high-precision time service. Users can choose from several standard data recording formats or add their own data formats, use their own algorithms for dynamic data processing, and communicate with data centers using their own protocols.
For managing and maintaining a large number of monitoring stations, our efficient station maintenance software (SSM) supports you to record maintenance work such as software updates, on-site station inspections, or replacement of instrument batteries through a browser. The generated logs can be automatically uploaded to the data center for archiving, reducing paper-based work and avoiding human errors.
